I had to stop laying the patio, as I hurt my ribs & twisted my knee! Other than that this little bit of the garden is coming on much as I imagined it. The grass has been left long and has wildflowers planted in it, everything is surviving well even though we have had frosts and hail stones during April. I am hoping May proves to be somewhat warmer, otherwise I fear my vegetables will be very late this year. The latest inclusions into this little bee garden are the one-eared dear & badger that we found whilst clearing down the bottom of the garden. I think they fit in very well on the tree stump where 7yo placed them. I’m hoping we find more hidden gems.
