I can hear you asking now, if I’m against single use plastic then why buy produce in these nasty plastic string bags?

Simply because if I buy them I will properly recycle the bags into useful items. They will not end up in the seas and oceans. The plastic used is perfect for making washing up scrubbies. They do not scratch non stick pans, but are ideal for removing baked on residue.

I use a process of single crochet stitches and knots. There is no pattern, they just happen. They then last for ever, but in a safe, useful way. Just the way I like it.
